Career Coaching is integral to everyone’s success and should start early. Gone are the certainties of long term employment within a single organisation, where a career path would be the responsibility of the employer. Today accountability has shifted to the individual to take control and manage their career.
It’s time to rethink the misconception that career management is simply a means of finding the next role, however important that might be at different points in your life.
Career management coaching is an important process for both active job seekers, those employed, seeking promotion, NED roles or leaving the corporate world to start their own businesses. These changes come about throughout one’s career based on career goals and or personal priorities.
My role is to act as a guide and facilitator to help clients navigate what can be a daunting and uncertain period in their careers.
